The deadline to purchase Gulbenkian Orchestra subscriptions for the second part of Season 20/21 (January to March) has expired. Individual tickets by post can be requested via online form from 30 November at 10:00.

Includes 9 concerts, where you can opt for the Evening Subscription, with events at 21:00, or the Afternoon Subscription, with events at 19:00*.

*Concerts on 29, 30 and 31 March will start at 20:00.

Purchasing process

Subscription requests are made exclusively by submitting online forms in two distinct phases:

 

Subscription renewals: 16 – 18 Nov (Deadline expired)

On 16 November at 10:00, all subscribers that purchased a subscription for the first part of the season (October to December) will receive an e-mail with a form to request a subscription renewal.

To access this form, you will need to login to your MyGulbenkian account. If you still do not have an account, you can create one on our website. If you already have an account but do not remember your password, you can easily recover it on our website.

After the form is submitted, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and then ATM/Multibanco references (valid during 48h) will be sent by email and text message. After the payment, tickets will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated.

 

New Subscriptions: 19 Nov (Deadline expired)

On 19 November at 10:00, a subscription request form will be available on this page, which must be submitted by 23:59 on 19 November.

To access this form, you will need to login to your MyGulbenkian account. If you still do not have an account, you can create one on our website. If you already have an account but do not remember your password, you can recover it on our website.

After the form is submitted, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and then ATM/Multibanco references (valid during 48h) will be sent by email and text message. After the payment, tickets will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated.

 

Submission of subscription forms requires the prior creation of a MyGulbenkian account, which allows each subscriber to update their personal data at any time.

Registration is only required once per user, and it is only necessary to specify a contact email and a password.

Yes, the same seats will be allocated to all subscribers who renew their subscription.

When purchasing new subscriptions, it will only be possible to choose the desired sector.

The Gulbenkian Foundation will ensure a full refund of the value of cancelled or postponed concert tickets.

Subscriptions are sent by registered mail, so if you are not at home, a notice will be left in your mailbox to pick these up at the nearest post office.


 

Following the guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health, the Grand Auditorium will be subject to exceptional access conditions, with its capacity reduced by half. During this period, a room plan with a typology different from the usual one will be in operation.

The use of a mask will be mandatory and the concerts will have an approximate duration of one hour, without an intermission. Get to know the access conditions.
