After the form is submitted, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and then ATM/Multibanco references (valid during 48h) will be sent by email and text message. After the payment, tickets will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We will offer the same seat to everyone who was a subscriber during the second part of Season 21/22 (January to May) and wishes to renew their subscription.

No. Subscription renewal is only available to customers who purchased a subscription during the second part of Season 21/22 (January to May). For new subscriptions, seat placement may not correspond to previous seasons.

Yes. Subscriptions already include a discount on the total value of the tickets, which varies according to each series.

The Gulbenkian Foundation will ensure a full refund of the value of cancelled or postponed concert tickets.

Subscriptions are sent by registered mail, so if you are not at home, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect them at the nearest post office.
