Single tickets for the Gulbenkian Música 26/27 Season will be available online from 30 June, at 10:00, or in person from 8 September.
Owners of the Cartão Gulbenkian Mais have access to advance booking on 29 June, from 10:00.
Purchase process
Online priority booking – 29 Jun, 10:00
Cartão Gulbenkian Mais holders have access to priority booking for single tickets one day before the general public. During this pre-sale phase, tickets will only be available for Stalls A and B.
To purchase tickets, you must login in using the MyGulbenkian account associated with your Cartão Gulbenkian Mais.
Cartão Gulbenkian holders (free) benefit from additional discounts on all season tickets. To access these discounts during purchase, sign in to your account.
Online booking – 30 Jun, 10:00
Online purchases can be made via the MB Way app or by credit/debit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard).
At the end of the transaction, you will receive an email with the tickets purchased, which you may present directly on your mobile phone at the entrance to the hall – no need to print them.
After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with your tickets and invoice. Whenever the purchase is made while signed in, tickets will also be available to download from your MyGulbenkian profile under “Tickets”.
There is no need to print your tickets – simply present the QR code on your mobile phone at the entrance to the hall.
In-person booking – from 08 Sep, 10:00
The box office at the Foundation’s Main Building is open from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 18:00. On performance days, it reopens one hour before the concert for the exclusive sale of tickets for that day’s performance.
Payments may be made in cash, by debit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard) or using the MB Way app.

Discounts cannot be combined and are only available on single-ticket purchases. Age-related discounts are not available for the Sunday Concerts, World Music, Gulbenkian Choir and Jazz em Agosto series.

I purchased my tickets online but did not receive the email. What should I do?
We suggest checking your spam, junk or secondary inbox. If you cannot find our email, there may have been an authorisation issue with the payment provider, often related to your card’s security settings, so we recommend contacting your bank directly.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us using this form. After the purchase, your tickets will also be available for download from your MyGulbenkian profile, under “Tickets”.
Are there discounts available for single tickets?
Yes. With the exception of the Jazz em Agosto festival and the World Music, Gulbenkian Choir and Sunday Concerts cycles, all concerts in the season have a 25% discount for people under 30 and 10% for people over 65. Cartão Gulbenkian holders (free) benefit from a standard 10% discount on all concerts in the season, as well as double the age discounts, increasing them to 50% for people under 30 and 20% for people over 65.
If a concert is cancelled or postponed, will I be refunded?
Yes, the Gulbenkian Foundation will ensure full reimbursement of the ticket price for cancelled or postponed concerts.
I purchased tickets for a concert but can no longer attend. Is it possible to request a refund?
No. Only exchanges for another concert of equal or higher value are possible. Refunds are only permitted in the case of cancelled or postponed concerts, or concerts with significant changes to the programme and/or cast.
I have a Cartão Gulbenkian Mais, but I am unable to purchase tickets on the advance booking day.
You must log in to the website using the MyGulbenkian account associated with your Cartão Gulbenkian Mais in order to view the ticket purchase button for each event.
Does the free version of Cartão Gulbenkian provide access to advance booking for single tickets?
No, only holders of the Cartão Gulbenkian Mais have access to advance booking.
