Purchasing process
Subscription requests are made exclusively by an submitting online form.
Subscription requests: 26 – 31 May 2023
Use the form to submit your subscription request until 31 May 2023 at 23:59.
To access the form, you will need to login to your MyGulbenkian account. If you already have an account but do not remember your password, you can easily recover by clicking the button below.
Recover passwordAfter the form is submitted, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and then ATM/Multibanco references (valid during 48h) will be sent by email and text message. After the payment, tickets will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. We will renew the subscriptions that you had during Season 22/23. All other subscription requests will be considered a new subscription and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. Subscriptions already include a discount on the total value of the tickets, which varies according to each series.
The Gulbenkian Foundation will ensure a full refund of the value of cancelled or postponed concert tickets.
Subscriptions are sent by registered mail, so if you are not at home, a notice will be left in your mailbox to collect them at the nearest post office. You can always choose to receive your subscription/tickets by e-mail.
