Single Cell Hub
The Single Cell Hub was created with the aim of offering the latest technology to support scientific research in the Single Cell field. The Hub supports Single Cell and “Spatial transcriptomics” projects from an embryonic stage until completion, providing technical and scientific support in the planning, design, execution and sequencing of projects.
Team
IGC Genomics Unit, strongly supported by the Histopathology, Flow Cytometry and Bioinformatics Units. More than 15 researchers and technicians make up the Hub, in a dynamic that crosses different areas of knowledge and techniques.
Partnerships
There are several research centers that have interacted with the Hub since its creation, namely IGC, IMM, i3S, Nova Research, Champalimaud Foundation, iBET, IMM, Cardiovascular Center of the University of Lisbon (CCUL).
Training
Training partners and companies is one of the Hub’s objectives, through events, courses and collaborations, both in training and in the development of international partnerships. Partnerships were established during the project and the hub made itself known at various events.
