The IGC Genomics in collaboration with Quilaban academy will co-organize an one day event (September 29th, 2022) for the Portuguese NGS User community.

The meeting is a gathering point of the Portuguese users of NGS platforms and an opportunity to present and discuss in person the latest topics related with NGS.

The topic of this year event is the present and future of NGS, with an emphasis in Human Health and Genetics and Clinical applications.

The morning will be divided in 2 sessions, one with IGC users, a second sponsored by Illumina in whole exome sequencing (WES) and tech innovation by Illumina. In the afternoon a session will be dedicated for the Portuguese Infrastructure for sequencing (GenomaPt) and to a testimony of what NGS can offer in a Clinical set.  

Registration is required but free and seats are limited.
