Visual artist Simon Bill
Simon Bill, a contemporary English visual artist, was an artist in residence at the Institute Gulbenkian de Ciência (IGC).
From November 2016 to July 2017, Simon became immersed in the scientific environment of the IGC to develop Op Art paintings.
During his residence, Simon also gave a few lectures on the interface between paintings and science, and organised a painting club for IGC scientists.
