Biology Across Scales Symposium

Event Slider

The Biology Across Scales Symposium aims to:

  1. gather scientists whose research spans several biological scales, may it be spatial, temporal, or else;
  2. bring together theoreticians and experimentalists.

As a result, the organizers wish to promote interactions between people who work on similar issues and phenomena but at different scales or in different model organisms and who consequently would not necessarily cross paths in events or research centers dedicated to specific topics.

For this event, organizers want to gather researchers from varied fields, such as Biophysics, Development, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, Host-Parasite Interactions, Immunology, Microbiology, Population Genetics, and more.

In addition, we will only use plastic-free, sustainable materials during coffee breaks. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles and refill them in the several water dispensers available at the venue.
