Summer School

The Summer School brought together experts to discuss topics such as the impact of Artificial Intelligence on museum work, participatory curatorship, collaborative networks, and the role of museums in constructing and challenging historical identities.

In her presentation, Emily Cain spoke about the work developed by the Smithsonian Transcription Center, that aims to empower discovery by establishing networks between the institution staff and digital volunteers. This talk was part of the fifth panel of the conference, titled Digital-something: citizenship and knowledge.
