MyGulbenkian: Account creation

  • Click on the menu icon Ícone de figura humana at the top right corner of the page. In case you are accessing the website using a smartphone or a tablet, click on the icon at the top left corner of your screen.
  • To create a new account select "Create account".
  • Fill in the required information and click "Create account".
  • You will receive an email from the sender "Gulbenkian" ([email protected]), with the subject "MyGulbenkian: Activate your account". You have only 24 hours to activate your account, otherwise, you will need to create an account again and repeat this process.  
  • Your account has been created.

Please check your main inbox or the Spam folder. The activation email has the following subject "MyGulbenkian: Activate your account".

If you still did not receive the activation email, please confirm if you still have storage in your mailbox. 

You may have entered your email address incorrectly, and your account was not created.


Login

One of the following situations may have occurred: 

  • You did not activate your account. Check if you have received the activation email with the subject: "MyGulbenkian: Activate your account". If you cannot find this email in your main inbox, look for it in the Spam folder.
  • You have entered your authentication data incorrectly. Please verify if you've entered your email and/or password correctly.
    Note: The password field is case-sensitive.
  • You do not remember your password. You should proceed with password recovery. Please check the step-by-step tutorial.

Click on the icon Ícone de figura humana, then click on "Recover password". Enter the email associated with your account and click on "Recover Password".

Enter the email associated with your account. You will receive an email from the sender "Gulbenkian", with the subject "MyGulbenkian: Recover password".

Follow the instructions to complete the password recovery. You can always check the step-by-step tutorial.

Note: The password field is case-sensitive.

Open Safari and click on the Safari Icon on the top menu (next to the Apple logo). Click on “About Safari”. A pop-up window will appear with the information on your version. You can copy your browser’s version. Example: Version 10.1.2 (11603.3.8).

Edge
Open Microsoft Edge and click on “Settings and more”, then select “Settings”. Finally, click on “About Microsoft Edge”. A pop-up window will appear with the information on your version. You can copy your browser’s version. Example: Version 79.0.309.71 (Official Build) (64-bit).
