Summer School

The Summer School gathered experts to discuss topics such as the impact of Artificial Intelligence on museum work, participatory curatorship, collaborative networks, and the role of museums in constructing and challenging historical identities.

In her presentation, Nusrat Ahmed explored the experience of co-curation with a collective group of 30 members of the South Asia diaspora, that originated the Manchester Museum’s South Asia Gallery. This talk was part of the second panel of the conference, titled Participatory curatorship: democracy in action?
