Room 1 Calouste Gulbenkian FoundationThus, the choreographer and dancer, Francisca Mirine, examines the functioning of human thinking when dealing with adverse situations taking into account the current Mozambican reality.
The creation of this work stemmed from research into the technical evolution of dance, which included the collection of data for the artistic development of the cultural sector in Mozambique.

Francisca Mirine
Francisca Mirine is a Mozambican freelance dancer, performer, dance teacher and choreographer. She has worked with national and international artists and participated in festivals, workshops, dance creations and artistic residencies in exchange programmes. She develops her own dance creations and writes her own projects. She considers herself an independent artist.
