The Há Festa no Campo project was developed locally through art and culture, supported by the first edition of the PARTIS programme. This project proposes a community intervention and multidisciplinary model to promote participation (through community assemblies), empowerment (capacity building) and celebration (presentation of initiatives at community level).

The result of this process is a guide that aims to inspire and contribute to development processes with the community.
