With this project, the EcoGerminar Association aimed to reactivate the sense of belonging among the people of the villages through participatory and constructive citizenship. ‘Há Festa no Campo’ strengthened the community ties of 150 residents, most of them elderly, by bringing them together to prepare community and artistic events: “village festivals”. The project brought together inhabitants of the villages of Juncal do Campo, Freixial do Campo, Barbaído and Chão da Vã (Castelo Branco).
