Estórias com memória – Novas Lendas
Storytelling and Remembering
With the Estórias com memória project, the cultural association Limite Zero proposes to use puppetry with the communities of Torre de Moncorvo and of Pombal, based on their tales, stories and traditions.

The idea and the dramaturgy come from the imagination of the participants. The aim is to enhance local identity and contribute to a sense of belonging in these communities.
This activity is a space for experimentation and dialogue in the creation of the story and the objects, and in the construction of sound and music. The use of animated forms/objects is a means of discovering expressive skills and essential psychomotor aspects.
The project was developed as part of ATOS, an initiative of the D. Maria II National Theatre and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
