The 2030 Agenda for Impact is the national strategy for social innovation and investment covering the period up to 2030.

This work resulted in 14 recommendations, for public and private entities, with a view to consolidating Portugal as a European and international reference in social innovation and investment and to help mitigate and effectively and efficiently solve social problems. The document is also the basis for the establishment of the National Competence Centre for Social Innovation, a body led by the Portugal Social Innovation Mission Unit, the public initiative responsible for boosting social entrepreneurship and mobilising impact investment in Portugal.

The 2030 Agenda for Impact is the result of work carried out since 2021 by the Advisory Board of the National Competence Centre for Social Innovation, composed of the leading organisations in the Portuguese social innovation ecosystem and led by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
