This initiative offers an integrated approach to the needs and difficulties identified by family caregivers of people in their household. The innovative project meets the needs of formal and informal caregivers by empowering, training, advising and supporting them, and promoting health literacy. Individual and personalised support for caregivers will also be provided, a new approach focused on the caregiver and which addresses their individual needs.
