Organised by Gulbenkian Descobrir, the event aimed to present the educational programme for the 2025/26 academic year and to strengthen the connection between the school community and the Foundation’s cultural offer.

The programme included a welcome session, where the educational teams from the Museum, CAM, Music and Garden presented their proposals for the new academic year. This was followed by two hands-on meta-activity sessions, giving teachers the chance to experience, first-hand, some of the activities they can later develop with their students.

With the temporary closure of the Gulbenkian Museum for renovation works, Gulbenkian is reinforcing its commitment to outreach activities, taking part of its educational programme directly to schools and communities.

This meeting reaffirms Gulbenkian’s commitment to supporting teachers by providing innovative pedagogical tools and promoting the integration of art and culture into the school environment.
