The points accumulated from visits and purchases at the Foundation give access to tickets, discounts, and exclusive experiences.
Points accumulated on the Cartão Gulbenkian (free) or Cartão Gulbenkian Mais can be exchanged for special offers. When you redeem your points, you will receive a promo code that will allow you to take advantage of these offers, such as purchasing discounted tickets and accessing exhibitions or tours.
Available offers JoinThe promo code is not a ticket. To access the event, you will always have to purchase a ticket and apply the code at checkout.

How can I check my points?
You can check your points balance at any time in your MyGulbenkian personal area. Simply log in to the Foundation's website and go to the ‘Points and offers’ section, where you will find the total number of points accumulated and the list of offers available for exchange. Whenever you make an eligible purchase or interaction, and provided you identify with your Cartão Gulbenkian or Cartão Gulbenkian Mais, the respective point will be visible up to 48 hours after the transaction.
How can I exchange my points for special offers?
To redeem your points for special offers, log in to your MyGulbenkian personal area and go to the ‘Points and offers’ section.
Here you can:
See all the offers you can redeem and the number of points required for each. If you have enough points for an offer, click "Use points". In case you don't have sufficient points, the option will be blocked. After clicking on "Use points", you will need to enter the desired quantity for that offer and confirm the action. One or more promotional codes will be generated and displayed onscreen. You should click on "Use" to proceed.
A digital promo code (promotional code) will be generated immediately, which you can apply at checkout when purchasingonline. The promo code will also be stored in your personal area until it is used but remember to verify the validity, which can go from 1 to 3 days after issuance.
After the operation is concluded, your tickets and invoice will be emailed to you and will also be available for download from the website.
Does the voucher give direct access to the event associated with the offer?
No. The promo code is not a ticket, but a digital promotional code that must be applied during the online purchase process. Only after completing the purchase process, applying the promo code before paying, will the ticket be issued and become valid for use at events.
