Project Manager Assistant

Applications until February 15

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a private institution whose main purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through art, charity, science, and education. The Foundation carries out its activities from its headquarters in Lisbon, and from its branches in Paris and London.

The Sustainability Programme (2023-2027) was established as a result of the Foundation’s strategic reflection process carried out in 2022. Thus, the Foundation’s Board of Directors decided to create two new organic units in the field of grant-making devoted to the two main cross-cutting strategic priorities, namely sustainability and equity, bringing together the work of teams located at the Foundation’s head office (in Lisbon) and those in the United Kingdom branch (in London) around common goals.

The operational reformulation of the Sustainability Programme team, in light of this merger, as well as the growing projection of the Foundation’s flagship project Gulbenkian Prize for Humanity are reflected in the opening of this call for applications seeking to reinforce the Sustainability Programme team, while offering an opportunity for enrichment and learning in contact with different contexts and working methods, as part of a dynamic, transnational team.
