The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a private institution whose main purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through art, charity, science, and education. The Foundation carries out its activities from its headquarters in Lisbon, and from its branches in Paris and London.

We are seeking an Intern to join the Audit and Risk Management team, which will support the development of auditing activities, in accordance with the standards and processes set by the Gulbenkian Foundation, as part of the execution of the annual audit plan, with a view to continuously improving control, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Foundation’s processes.

Contractual conditions: Professional Internship Contract.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the execution of various audits in accordance with a previously defined audit plan, in compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Support the preparation of audit reports, which formalize the results obtained and identify positive aspects, areas for improvement, and main recommendations.
• Support the implementation of follow-up tasks on recommendations made and on the respective action plans.

Required skills

• Graduate degree in the fields of economics, business management or auditing.
• No minimum experience required.
• Knowledge of technical audit (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of English.
