Editorial Project Manager

Applications until 14 Jul

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a private institution whose fundamental purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through the arts, philanthropy, science, and education. The Foundation carries out its activities from its headquarters in Lisbon and its branches in Paris and London.

The Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian is a centre for art and culture that houses the largest collection of Portuguese modern and contemporary art to date. With a renovated building and a new extension of its Garden, CAM’s mission is to harness the transformative power of art to promote both social and individual change.

We are looking for an Editorial Project Manager to join the team at CAM – Gulbenkian Modern Art Centre.

At a time of transition within CAM’s leadership, the Publications area seeks to strengthen its team with a Project Manager who will contribute to enhancing the artistic programme and ensure that publication strategies and outputs remain aligned with the different audiences strategically defined by the Directorate.

The Project Manager will also contribute to promoting and disseminating the museum’s artistic programme through the publication of editorial content that reinforces the institution’s identity and facilitates access to knowledge.

Working in coordination with the Publications team leadership, the successful candidate will oversee projects from the planning stage through to final production, including the definition and management of project timelines.

Within this scope, the role will ensure effective coordination with external suppliers and service providers, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
