ApplicationOpen

They must be taught by a faculty of recognised technical and scientific merit, either in person or remotely, with a preference for a blended learning (b-learning) model.
Evaluation
Applications will be assessed by an external panel based on the following criteria:
Curriculum structure of the proposed programme;
Integration of the course within the institution’s existing educational offerings and its relevance to the country’s context and national training needs;
Qualifications and expertise of the teaching staff and partner institutions;
Long-term sustainability and feasibility of future course editions;
Provision of supplementary enrichment activities to enhance classroom learning.
The funding terms will be formalised through a Funding Agreement between the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the applicant institution. If the programme does not meet the required conditions to begin by the end of June 2025, the allocated funding will be revoked.
