Cartão Gulbenkian Mais holders are invited to discover Drawn Vocabularies, Rosa Barba’s first major exhibition in Portugal. Internationally renowned for her work with moving images, the artist explores the boundaries between reality and fiction, transforming the fundamental elements of cinema – film, projectors, light and sound – into sculptural and narrative material.

For this project, Rosa Barba was given carte blanche to intervene in the CAM Nave and establish dialogues with works from the CAM Collection. The result is an immersive experience that challenges the way we see, hear and construct meaning. This guided tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the artist’s universe and discover how her works create new vocabularies of perception and interpretation.
