In this edition of the Summer Garden, musician and singer-songwriter Luiz Caracol will be performing a concert that mixes several cultural influences.

Luiz Caracol is a musician, singer and songwriter with a musical identity that reflects the multicultural influences of Lisbon, where he lives, and his connection with several Portuguese-speaking countries, such as Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde and Angola.

He has collaborated with artists such as Sara Tavares, Valete, Mia Couto, Fernanda Abreu, Pierre Aderne, Jorge Drexler, Aline Frazão, Zeca Baleiro, Edu Mundo, Biru, Paulo Flores and José Luís Peixoto. In 2020 he released the EP só.tão, for which he recorded all the instruments, revealing his multi-instrumentalist side. His new album Ao vivo no Namouche, recorded in one of Lisbon’s most mythical and charismatic studios, has just been released.
