Ladies and gentlemen, the Gulbenkian Orchestra! Designed to spark curiosity and foster a love of music, the orchestra’s school concerts offer a fun and engaging way to learn.

Music can transcend sound to tell stories that mark the imagination. Grieg leads us through the adventures of Peer Gynt, a Norwegian anti-hero who defies the legendary trolls of the Scandinavian forests. Saint-Saëns evokes the dead in a macabre dance to the sound of a violin at midnight. Dukas enchants us with the comic disasters of a young man who dares to play with magic. Finally,

Tchaikovsky transports us to the enchanted world of Swan Lake, where love and transformation intertwine in an unforgettable fable.

And now – make way for the conductor!
