The winner will be announced by the former Federal Chancellor and President of the Jury, Angela Merkel. Speeches will be given by the winner as well as the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa; and the President of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, António Feijó. The ceremony concludes with a live performance from the Gulbenkian Orchestra and the Geração Orchestra.
