After conducting memorable concerts in the last two seasons, Martina Batič makes her debut as the new Principal Conductor of the Gulbenkian Choir. Principal Conductor of the Radio France Choir between 2018 and 2022 and recognised for her versatility, she has been chosen to take up the wonderful legacy of Michel Corboz. In the first of six programmes she will conduct over the course of the season, she will focus on the sacred and secular music of Anton Bruckner, whose works have earned him a prominent place among the romantic composers.
