The human voice has since time immemorial been a vehicle for emotions.  Throughout a programme entitled “Vozes Eternas”, the Gulbenkian Choir pays homage to choral writing in its interpretation of a rich set of pieces which have been meticulously chosen by the conductor Pedro Teixeira. A selection of significant pieces showing choral language from the Renaissance till the 21st-century, which has as its common denominator composers who saw – or see – the choir as one of their favourite instruments.
