What is offered here is not a method. It is an opportunity for reflection. It is not a manual of good practices. On the contrary, it is a manual of bad practices, a map of mistakes, of the tensions that accumulate when operating in the complexity of life.
This publication results from the process of reflecting on concrete experiences that emerged within the scope of Altercação, a project implemented between 2022 and 2025 as part of the PARTIS & Art for Change III initiative.
Altercação aimed to promote the artistic and socio-emotional training of 55 young people at social risk. Throughout the project period, the group produced a podcast, a cross-disciplinary show, a mini-series, a video clip and a song.
This manual is thus an invitation to explore the grey areas between intention and result, between expectation and reality.
