Trégua is a multidisciplinary participatory art project with a special focus on visual arts, developed with inmates at the Funchal Prison (EP) and university students studying for a degree in visual arts at the University of Madeira (UMa).
This publication documents the entire process and participatory methodologies of arts education and social intervention applied throughout 2025, the first year of the project integrated into the PARTIS & Art for Change initiative, which brought together seven people deprived of their liberty and fourteen university students.
