Person in charge of the social area: Ana Rita Paiva
Duration: 24 months
SDG: 10. Reduced inequalities, 11. Sustainable cities and communities

The Como Desenhar uma Cidade? project aims at bringing together a group of 60 people from different social, economic and cultural backgrounds who live, study or work in the parish of Lumiar. By merging three artistic languages – theatre, music and audiovisual art –, the project encourages reflection, practice and creation focusing on the key premise of building a collective, more inclusive, accessible and participatory social space.

It begins by exploring the concept of city and then, in multidisciplinary workshops, will focus on artistic creation, the results of which will be presented at the end of the project’s second year, in collaboration with Braga Media Arts.
