Cristina Casalinho (1968) has a degree in Economics from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and an MBA in Corporate Management and Business from Nova School of Business & Economics.  

She took up the position of executive director on the Foundation’s Board of Trustees on February 1, 2024, having held non-executive positions between July 2022 and January 2024.   

From September 2014 to June 2022, she chaired the Board of Directors of the Treasury and Public Debt Management Agency (IGCP, E.P.E), having been a member of its Board of Directors between June 2012 and August 2014. Throughout her career, she has also held the positions of Chief Economist at Banco BPI, as well as Director of Sustainability at the same institution.
