Bilateral Cooperation
The Programme also aims at developing international partnerships that include NGOs from Donor Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and the European Union. Funds may be allocated to support bilateral relations with entities from Donor Countries, resulting from either autonomous applications to Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives, or of applications to Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives associated to those applications under the scope of one of the fields of intervention. Grant decisions on Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives shall be made case by case as applications are received.
The call for applications for Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives is permanently open up to the end of the Programme or until the entire appropriation is allocated. It is essential to understand the relevant rules for the submission of a successful application.
