The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a private institution whose fundamental purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through art, charity, science, and education. The Foundation carries out its activities from its headquarters in Lisbon and its branches in Paris and London.
We are seeking a Project Manager for the Grants team, which will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of projects and their various stages until their completion, following standards, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the quality of the activities and initiatives developed.
Contract conditions: Permanent employment contract.
Main responsibilities
Application Analysis
Mange and analyse the grant application process, including the verification of eligibility requirements.
Project, Activity, and Event Management and Monitoring
Manage, monitor and oversee ongoing grant programs, activities, and events to ensure their procedural compliance and ensure the quality of their development and execution.
Continuously evaluate grant programs, identify any deviations/areas for improvement, and define and implement corrective measures to ensure that projects proceed according to established quality and financial parameters.
Information Management
Analyse, validate and confirm information, data, invoices, and documentation related to the development of various grant programs to support management processes and decision-making, enhancing reliability, robustness, and minimizing risks.
Coordination with other organizational units
Coordinate and communicate with different areas and organizational units of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, requesting or providing necessary information, data, or documentation for the development of activities in other areas or units to ensure internal alignment and cohesion.
