We are looking for an intern in the field of Cultural Communication and Digital Media (website and social media) at the Centro de Arte Moderna. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience, enabling the successful candidate to acquire, develop, and refine skills that complement their academic background and are essential for their future career.

Contractual conditions: 12 month-extracurricular professional internship contract; include internship allowance and meal allowance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Back-office tasks, including creating and editing pages, events, and exhibitions on the website;
  • Managing and moderating comments, customising website themes, and installing and managing plugins:
  • Creating, updating, and curating content and visuals (including video and audio) throughout different stages of production;
  • Producing written documentation to support project management and record-keeping;
  • Assisting in content creation for social media, including image editing.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Degree in Communication, Multimedia, or a related field;
  • Eligible for a Level 6 Professional Internship (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of WordPress;
  • Familiarity with image, video, and audio editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition (preferred);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
