In this workshop, we awaken all our senses to discover the Garden in a more complete way, inspired by the poetry of Alberto Caeiro.

How do we truly get to know a place – with our eyes, ears, nose, hands, feet, and even mouth?

I think with my eyes and ears,
and with my hands and feet,
and with my nose and mouth.
To think of a flower is to see and smell it,
To eat a fruit is to know its meaning.
So when on a hot summer’s day
I feel the joy of being alive,
and lie down in the grass, eyes closed,
my whole body resting in reality,
I know the truth and I am happy.

— Alberto Caeiro, The Keeper of Sheep
