Under the guidance of Scheherazade, heroine of the age-old One Thousand and One Nights, the CAM presents an exhibition inspired by the fictional structure of that legendary collection.

Through concepts drawn from those tales – and used here to organise 14 thematic sections – the collection is shown in a surprising, non-chronological way.

The result is a web of unexpected dialogues between artists and works of different styles and periods.
