Music Sketching brings together drawing and music during a general rehearsal of the Gulbenkian Orchestra and Choir.

From what is seen (musicians, instruments, auditorium) and what is heard (melodies, silences, intensity), the hand and pencil will move together across the paper to capture the preparation for the concert – the moment when details are tuned, rough edges smoothed, and perfection is pursued.
