From Afghanistan (where music is banned) to Cape Verde, from Ukraine to Portugal, a group of professionals from different backgrounds, who share not only music but also a temporary place of residence and creation – the Largo Residências cultural and community centre – band together for a concert that showcases the musical references they carry with them, combined with those they have discovered here.

Implemented at the Largo Residências cultural and community centre, the Residências Refúgio project, supported by the 2nd edition of the PARTIS & Art for Change initiative, aims at supporting the inclusion of refugees through mediation and cultural, documentary and reflexive activities. The goal is to bring people, host institutions, departments and the entire population closer together. The Home Ensemble concert is the result of this effort to bring together musicians from different backgrounds, promoted with the support of this project.
