In this tour, the drawing appears as a guiding thread that helps us see better.
How do we see—and what do we really see? Does looking always mean seeing? Are there ways of looking that don’t involve thinking? How do we read a work of art?
Based on a selection of works from the Modern Art Centre, this tour explores perception and interpretation, encouraging students to observe, discuss, take decisions, and choose viewpoints when engaging with art—drawing on their own references as well as contextual information.
