The launch of the book Ficção Não Ficção – Volume 2, co-published with Bierke Verlag, is presented in the context of the exhibition Bruno Zhu. Belas Artes (Fine Arts), currently on view at the Project Space at CAM.
This presentation forms part of the exhibition Art & Fashion and the celebrations of International Museum Day.
With essays selected by Bruno Zhu, this publication explores the politicisation of dress in colonial and post-colonial contexts, highlighting its influence on identities and narratives of power. The event will feature a presentation by the artist and a conversation with the art historian Afonso Ramos.
