Can art be sustainable? What is the environmental impact of the materials and techniques used throughout the centuries for the design, production, and transportation of works of art? And what solutions have been found over time to mitigate this impact?

From exotic woods in French furniture, to the ivory of medieval sculptures, or the pigments used in Chinese porcelain, this visit explores the concepts of production cycle and life cycle, in a journey that highlights the importance of past, present and future choices for a more sustainable society.
