The tour continues through the Mesopotamian and Greco-Roman galleries, where the Assyrian bas-relief now takes centre stage and lesser-known works from the Collection, including the classical engraved gems, reveal new stories. It concludes in the newly reopened Numismatics Cabinet, now accessible to the public for the first time in many years, having been reserved exclusively for researchers.
