Zineb Sedira. Culture and Resistance

Event Slider

This exhibition takes as its starting point the utopias of the 1960s, in the context of newly won independences and African liberation struggles, bringing culture and resistance side by side.

Zineb Sedira (b. 1963), a French-Algerian artist based in London, has centred her work on deep reflections about themes such as migration, history, and the partiality of official narratives, drawing on autobiography, fiction, and documentary.
