The Grand Auditorium will once again be the gateway to Met Opera Live productions in HD. Broadcasts from New York have been a remarkable success with the audiences of the Gulbenkian Music season. The first proposal will be La Sonnambula, a story of romantic encounters turned into music by the genius of Vincenzo Bellini. An opportunity to see soprano Nadine Sierra, one of the Met’s biggest stars in recent years, in a much-anticipated staging by Rolando Villazón.
