Blueprint of the expropriation to be made to Vasco Maria Eugénio de Almeida
Blueprint of the area of Santa Gertrudes Park to be sold due to the enlargement of Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar.
The expropriations determined by the 1888 Lisbon Plan of Urbanization (especially since 1891 when the law of August 9 allowed the Chamber to make compulsory purchases) generated a dispute between the descendants of José Maria Eugénio de Almeida. This was caused by the deviation of the western wall in the final section of Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar, on the old Palhavã road, which led to the expropriation of a triangular part to the west.
This blueprint is part of the minutes drawn up on December 31, 1917, where the solution found to solve the dispute between the Chamber and Vasco Maria Eugénio de Almeida is registered.
