Social Solutions is a report produced by The Centre for Social Justice as part of its Breakthrough Britain series and is supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch). The report reads as manifesto to government on reforms that are needed to unleash the power of the social sector to transform lives.
