Homeless Link

Homeless Link is intricately involved in the Making Every Adult Matter Coalition (MEAM).  It has received £60,000 legacy support for MEAM, including core cost contribution and long-term development work.

Homeless Link is the national membership organisation for 500 frontline homelessness charities in England. Its mission is to be a catalyst that will help to bring an end to homelessness. Part of their funded work included the launch of Garden for Change, a virtual garden modelled on the silver award winning Places of Change at the 2010 RHS Chelsea Flower Show, to exhibit and celebrate the talent of homeless people.
