Effective Marine Funding Survey

With the realisation that addressing complex environmental challenges requires greater strategic collaboration and stronger relationships, John Ellerman, Esmée Fairbairn and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundations hosted a workshop in October 2017 to better understand how to effectively secure a healthy UK marine environment.

Ahead of this workshop, invitees who represent leading NGOs and funders working in the UK marine environment were asked to contribute their perspectives and knowledge to key strategic questions.

This summary is intended to be used as a tool that can help provoke, guide and shape future conversations and collective action across the wider NGO and funder ecosystem.
