Creative entrepreneurship programme piloted by CGF goes nation-wide
The Agency, adapted and first launched in 2013 with the support of the UK Branch, has secured just over £873,000 of National Lottery funding
The Agency, or Agência de Redes Para a Juventude, was originated by Marcus Faustini in the favelas of Brazil. In the UK it is a programme which works with young people in low income areas, supporting their creative ideas.
We supported it as pilot programme in Manchester and London five years ago, and are delighted to see the Big Lottery Fund is supporting the Battersea Arts Centre, Contact, Manchester and People’s Palace Projects to double the footprint of The Agency across the UK from September 2018.
